Stir Fried Chilli Noodles Recipe

I belong to the class of people who believe that Maggi Noodles is one of the best of human creations. During many weeknights I have found solace in that one bowl of quick-fix dinner, often reminding myself of how my mom would disapprove of the preserves and other stuff added in their masala. Recently, I found plain noodles in the stores, called Chinese Egg Hakka Noodles. I bought two packets and made quick and light noodles for dinner one night. Came out so well that I photographed it immediately :DF

Chilli Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:
Plain noodles - 1 packet
Crushed garlic - 4 cloves
Coarsely ground red chillies - 4
Garam Masala - 1.5 tsp
Turmeric - one pinch
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Salt - to taste

How I Made It:

1. Cook the noodles in sufficient water with added salt. Adding a little oil to this makes the noodles not stick together. One done, drain the water and keep aside.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil. Lightly fry the garlic, chilly, masala and turmeric and then add the noodles. Adjust oil and let the noodles fry for a while. Remove from fire, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

    Nags join the clib, when i need a snack in the evening i too open up the 3 minutes noodles.
    I just add a chillie or 2 for the kick and corriander leaves

    My noodles are always very spicy. A tad more than our regular eats. Hakka noodles, particularly, has to be fiery hot. The first pic is nice and bright 🙂

    garlic/chili does elevate the flavor of the noodles 🙂

    Nags, this is cool I agree Maggi is a life saver, hey you should try the indo-chineese maggi noodles boy if its not for the calories I would eat it every day 🙂

    I love maggi noodles too. But I do not follow the procedure given in the packet. I always drain the excess water althought the recipe dosen't ask me to do so.Your recipe and the picture looks very tempting. Pass me on that plate of spicy noodles. I'll be so grateful to you.
